Quiches, Empanadas, and Tarts


Quiches

  Mostly savory fillings baked inside a pastry shell. Think, “Full meal in a pie shell”.  A popular brunch entrée it can also be served alongside dinner or as dinner itself.

Empanadas   Traditional Mexican “Sandwich” of sweet or savory filling inside a pastry crust folded over, crimped sealed and baked or deep fried. Flavors include:

-Strawberry Cream Cheese      -Beef or pork and Cheese
-Bananas Foster (caramel)     -Mac ’n Cheese
