Don’t have any ideas or open to suggestions? This is my specialty as a culinary artist and based off of your ideas, I can come up with several proposed themes and drafts for you to consider, tweak and approve before placing your final order. For custom creations such as these, it is recommended you start the process a month in advance. For larger cakes, such as wedding cakes that will feed over 100 or complicated structural designs, two months advance notice is advised to be sure we have plenty of time to make your dream cake a reality.

For our special event cakes, we use our tried and true Sweet Almond Marshmallow Fondant.
No more gummy, pasty tasteless, tub of store bought fondant like so many people still work with. We have formulated our own recipe for sweet almond marshmallow fondant that is sure to make your cakes, petits fours, and sculpted accents both elegant AND edible! Fondant can be flavored in variety of flavors including traditional almond, lemon, coconut, strawberry, ect. Bold or Pastel colors available.
Wedding Cakes - We do traditional buttercream layer cakes up to 5 tiers. Fondant covered buttercream cakes are also available for a smooth sleeker look. Our fondant is homemade mashmallow fondant flavored to compliment your cake flavor. None of that tasteless waxy pasty store-bought fondant that your guest will end up just peeling off to get to the good stuff. We deliver and set up your cake on location. Petits Fours - A shower tradition. All Classic Favors including White, Yellow, Red Velvet, Chocolate, Orange, and Lemon. Fillings include traditional fruit preserves (raspberry, blackberry, orange marmalade, apricot, and more) as well as mousse and buttercream fillings. Flavor options are endless.

Crepe Cakes -
Layers upon layers of crepes brushed with a sweet simple syrup and butter as they are stacked 5-10 high, then, a filling of your choice (crème anglaise, flavored mousse, ganache, preserves, or fresh whipped cream. Then the layerering begins again and the filling is put between every 5-10 crepes. This is repeated until the cake is 50-100 crepes high and covered with chocolate ganache, fresh fruit syrup, fresh whipped cream, or a combination of a few of those.
