 Chocolate fudge cake filled with strawberry cream cheese mousse, topped with swiss meringue buttercream and a chocolate ganache dipped strawberry, garnished with sugar pearls.

Smoothed Buttercream Pink Minnie Mouse Cake

This cake was 2 tiers (4 layers of cake) of moist yellow butter sour cream cake with a bright pink strawberries 'n cream filling.  Iced with traditional american all butter- buttercream and smoothed to look like fondant.  Decorated with fondant cut out appliques and gumpaste bow and ears for topper.
